Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience


- 12 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Understanding of SECS/GEM communication.

- MySQL/Postgres server development.

- VB/C# application development and object-oriented programming.


Key Responsibilities


- Develop and deliver innovative solutions for engineering analysis and manufacturing automation.

- Understand DevOps and various software development lifecycles like Agile and Waterfall.

- Interface effectively with other software systems, including maintenance and site manufacturing execution systems.

- Troubleshoot code and process issues in a diverse manufacturing environment.

- Work with diverse teams, including Infrastructure, IT Security, and Helpdesk.


Qualifications


- NVQ in Business or a relevant qualification.

- Computer Science Degree.

- ILM Level 2.
