NATIONAL SALES MANAGER - HYBRID EAST COAST



Assist Engineering, Director Proprietary Products, and Team in regard to new product(s) design and development.


  • · Manage customers in assigned territory
  • · Manage Sales Representatives and Sales Support Staff along with contracted outside Sales Representatives and contracted Sales Organizations
  • · Conduct and complete annual reviews for all direct reports
  • · Grow Market Share throughout North America
  • · Manage the approval process for States, Cities, and other municipalities
  • · Provide Compliance Knowledge and Guidance to new product design and development
  • · Work with Engineering and Team to ensure all products comply with current Specifications.
  • · Analyze potential partner relationships for product line expansion
  • · Travel as needed to Key Customers, Potential Customers, Architectural Firms, and Municipalities representing and the product line
  • · Attend trade shows, industry associations, and other promotional events as needed
  • · Work with Sr. Director, Proprietary Products and Sales Leaders in developing plan to identify target accounts
  • · Assist in identifying and prioritizing global opportunities for products
  • · Assist customer service with Compliance issues and questions as needed
  • · Visit manufacturing facility and corporate offices as needed to meet with team members and get a better understanding of processes and capabilities
  • · Provide direction for Pricing Strategy for all products
  • · Maintain budgeted GM% for all products
  • · Identify opportunities for Long-Term agreements (LTA's) with Distribution Partners
  • · Provide leadership and guidance to internal Sales Pipeline Meetings and when needed for Huddle Meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews

 

Position Requirements:


  • · Bachelor’s degree or 10+ Years Relative Industry Experience required, MBA degree a plus.
  • · Ability to manage and lead a sales team and sales representatives.
  • · Experience dealing with Municipalities, State and Local Governments.
  • · Experience with thermoset composite materials a plus
  • · Ability to balance customer, manufacturing, business, and regulatory requirements to expedite the launch of new products to market
  • 50% Travel
