Electropolish Operator

1st Shift Monday - Thursday 7am - 4:30pm & Friday 7am - 11am

Performs finishing operations utilizing electropolish process. Checks and maintains chemical solutions in the factory and maintain the wastewater treatment system in accordance with established procedures.  

Responsibilities:

• Sets up electro-polish equipment to treat surfaces.
• Operate a hoist system to perform finishing operation utilizing electropolish process.
• Conduct prescribed tests on chemical processing solutions per standard work procedures on a regular basis to assure proper operating range.
• Adjust or replace solutions to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Monitor process control of solutions to ensure processing within predetermined parameters.
• Inspect own work to ensure quality on the finish.
• Interface with department supervisors, personnel and the maintenance department to ensure proper disposal of chemical wastes, in accordance with applicable requirements. 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years experience working with electrical pneumatics and testing equipment
