Machine Operator

1st Shift - $19/ hr

2nd Shift - $20/hr

Is your current job the same old same old, and you want to learn new things that will change your life? Our partner in Mentor Ohio is looking to add a machine operator to their team!

Responsibilities:

• Must have Metal Cutting Experience
• Install the tooling for the setup
• The tooling is put in the proper place per the setup sheets
• Adjust machines as required to keep parts in tolerance
• Manual dexerity for machine adjustments
• Check pieces to the quality standards
• Tumble parts for burrs and eliminating chips
• Place the parts on a skid
• Manual dexterity for adjustments and loading of the machine.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read and understand blueprints
• Must be able to use and understand measuring devices and equipment such as; calipers, micrometers, pitch micrometers, hardness tests and thread gages
• Must pass all ISO training within the first month
• Lift a maxium of 50 lbs
