Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition and Relationship Building:Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
Product Consultation and Presentations:Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products.
Conduct product presentations to clients, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to showcase our offerings effectively.
Quoting and Proposals:Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to create accurate quotes and proposals based on customer requirements and project specifications.
Sales Support and Follow-Up:Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to installation.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, using our CRM system.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and sales performance against targets.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
