As Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting new residents to client's community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to generate leads and drive occupancy. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across various channels (online, print, events)
• Manage and optimize the community website and social media presence
• Create engaging content that showcases the community's offerings and resonates with target audiences
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
• Lead marketing initiatives for special events and promotions
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and make adjustments as needed
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in senior living marketing

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the senior living or healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
