Our Client is looking for an Operational Controller to join the team. This is a person a true leader who can manage a team of Accountants as well as manage the relationships with the clients. This person should be able to develop strong systems. The ideal Candidate is someone who spent 10+ years at an accounting firm and was on track to be a managing director.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Business ( CPA preferred)
• Strong experience in creating systems
• Ability to lead a team of remote employees
• Exude confidence
• Manage clients needs and Expectations
• 5 + years in accounting
• 5+ years in a leadership position

This is a full time position.
