Intake Specialist (BCBA Student or BCBA)

$75-$100 per Hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake interviews with new clients and their families, often in their homes
• Gather and document necessary information for new client assessments
• Coordinate and schedule initial assessments for prospective clients
• Collaborate with the clinical team to facilitate client transitions into the program
• Manage and organize intake documentation and client records
• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective clients and their families
• Handle phone inquiries and occasionally respond to after-hours calls

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• BCBA certification or actively pursuing BCBA certification
• Previous experience in client intake, preferably in a healthcare or ABA setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and related services
• Non-judgmental and sympathetic demeanor
• Ability to work in various home environments with a positive attitude

Full-time position, typically 9-5 or 9-6, with occasional evening work

Mix of office-based work and home visits
