Oversee, run, and execute multiple portions of complex projects from initial start to completion
Manage and coordinate project documents, such as insurance, proposals, permits, drawings, invoices, forms, and all deliverables.
Schedule and maintain project calendars, milestones, and due dates
Track client project budgets, expenses, payments, requisitions, invoices, etc.
90% office 10% field
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years as a full-time assistant project manager in the given field
Experience in residential and commercial projects
Basic understanding and comprehension of design, real estate development, and construction drawings (Ex. ID, Arch, Struc, Site Civil, ID, IT/LV, MEP, Shop, Survey, etc.) and documents (insurance, RFI, proposal, invoice, permits, requisitions, approvals, violations, etc.)
Basic understanding and ability to execute all details and phases of design, pre-development, pre-construction, construction, and punch-list/closeout
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Able to pivot easily
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work in a flexible, ever-changing, and self-motivated environment
