Oversee the Administrative components of assigned accounts
Work collaboratively with the Account Manager, Billing Lead and India Supervisor to ensure maximum billing and collections on assigned accounts
Ensure all administrative functions are identified, assigned and carried out according to account needs
Delegate tasks to India Supervisor and administrative support for assigned India employees
Follow up on tasks assigned to India, identify key areas for improvement and train accordingly
Ensure all data entry, scrubbing of bills, submissions, and payments are posted in a timely manner.
Proactively and regularly run reports on accounts to head off major issues early on
Remove roadblocks for subordinates and assist in troubleshooting when issues arise
Collaborate with internal and external auditors ensuring accounts are not overutilizing resources and operating at maximum efficiency with expected results
Regularly review accounts for performance enhancements and growth opportunity
Other tasks and duties as requested by the supervisor within the scope of job responsibility
Qualifications:
Understanding of administrative, medical billing and ancillary procedures and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and billing applications
Highly organized, self-motivated individual with strong delegation skills
Excellent written, verbal, telephone, and email communication skills
