$50,000 - $60,000 + Commission (after 3 months)



Our client specializes in providing credit card reward solutions, travel concierge services, and business advisory offerings. They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your sales skills to promote our innovative products and services related to travel, credit card rewards programs, and business solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and develop a pipeline of potential clients through outbound calls and emails
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Provide detailed information on our offerings related to travel, credit card rewards, and business services
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities


Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a client-facing role is preferred
  • Passion for the travel industry, credit card rewards programs, or related fields
  • Strong consultative sales abilities with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to build rapport and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and comfortable with technology
  • High level of organization and time management skills
