Responsibilities:


  • Administrative Support: Providing essential clerical and administrative assistance to the office staff.
  • Phone Handling: Answering phone calls and promptly redirecting them as needed.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Managing the daily agenda, arranging meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Correspondence and Documentation: Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Contact Management: Updating and maintaining contact information for employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Reports and Filing: Supporting the completion of regular reports and maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Expense Reporting: Documenting expenses and submitting reports.
  • Receptionist Duties: Occasionally handling receptionist tasks.


Qualifications:


  • Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Must have background in either Mortgages or Loans
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • High school diploma.
