Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Mortgage Broker Loan Originator to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for originating and closing commercial mortgage loans for a variety of property types, working directly with borrowers, lenders, and other industry professionals. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and structuring financing solutions that meet their specific objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new commercial real estate loan business through various channels.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with borrowers, lenders, and other industry professionals.
• Understand and analyze borrower needs to structure and present customized loan proposals.
• Prepare and compile loan packages, including financial analysis, property evaluations, and other required documentation.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of borrowers.
• Manage the loan application process through underwriting and closing.
• Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of current loan programs and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial mortgage lending or a related field.
• Proven track record of originating and closing commercial real estate loans.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate financing and loan products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and loan origination software.
• A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
