Our client is a rapidly growing company that maintains a portfolio of brands and products in the pet and veterinary industries. They are seeking a billing specialist to join their Accounts Receivable department,

Job Description:

• Understand the processes for enrollments and billing for our Employee Benefit Payroll Deduct members
• Apply payments and insurance premiums in our internal custom software; Daily deposits
• Weekly premium reports to insurance carriers
• Working hours are 9-3, with an option to work full time.

Qualifications:

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is helpful, but not required
• Highly accurate and conscientious work style
• Ability to work on time sensitive matters with accuracy
• Drive to support a growing business
