As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with existing customers to understand their requirements for new orders, utilizing phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Familiarize yourself with our inventory to provide optimal solutions and recommendations.
• Curate design options tailored to customer preferences, ensuring satisfaction with pricing and selections.
• Benefit from comprehensive training provided to excel in the role.

Qualifications:

• Great Communicator: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and address their inquiries.
• Customer Service Experience: Possess a minimum of one year of experience in customer service roles, ensuring a solid foundation in handling customer interactions and resolving issues.
• Basic Interior Design Skills: Showcase a knack for basic interior design concepts, with a focus on tile-related applications, to assist customers in selecting suitable products for their projects.
