Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Conduct due diligence and title examinations to assess legal risks.
• Draft and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Negotiate and finalize real estate deals on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Handle disputes and legal issues related to real estate matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• years of experience practicing real estate law.
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and property law.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
