Responsibilities
:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and employee referrals to find candidates.
Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Candidate Management:
Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Collaboration:
Work closely with department managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings internally and externally.
Partner with the HR team to improve the overall recruitment process and candidate experience.
Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work through various channels.
Participate in career fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates.
Compliance:
Ensure recruitment practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an internal or corporate setting.
Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
