Responsibilities:


  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and employee referrals to find candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Management:
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with department managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings internally and externally.
  • Partner with the HR team to improve the overall recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Onboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work through various channels.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an internal or corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
