Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Remote Salesperson to join our growing team.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect for and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Qualify leads and conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and challenges.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of our permanent placement model and showcase the value of our offshore development solutions.
  • Work closely with our CEO to close deals and secure long-term client partnerships.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong prospecting skills and a deep understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable using video conferencing platforms.
