Our client is a large-scale construction management company, overseeing projects across multiple states. Project manager will be responsible to source subcontractors, oversee construction jobs per scope and within the timeframe and budget required. Will be responsible for supervising subcontractors and act as on-site representative to client ensuring all requirements are clearly communicated to internal team.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and budget preparation for all incoming projects.
• Create proper scopes and materials lists per project.
• Responsible to get multiple estimates from subs and compare all estimates to determine the best fit for the project. This will include networking and sourcing subs and crews.
• Oversee all Site Activities; reports directly to NY office.
• Effectively communicate expectations and direction regarding schedules, construction methods, policies, and standards.
• Assist in planning and executing field activities and provide technical assistance as required.
• Supervise all field operations ensuring that the work is being done in accordance with the project and construction documents, and that Subcontractor performance and quality of work meet expected standards for customer satisfaction.
• Perform thorough walkthroughs; monitor construction progress and quality control and ensure OSHA safety standards.
• Provide daily reports and follow up immediately with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure issues are being resolved.
• Facilitate subcontractor meetings to provide a forum for discussion of concerns and distribution of information.
• Pricing of scopes and potential change orders.
