Responsibilities:

• Property Portfolio Oversight: Manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of multi-family residential apartment buildings.
• Experience with Multi-family and LIHTC: Leverage your expertise in multi-family property management and
• Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) to make a meaningful impact.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance property performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Travel: Be prepared for some overnight travel as part of this role, as you support our properties across different regions.

Qualifications:
