Software Sales Representative - Nursing Home Industry

Remote

$80,000 + Uncapped commission opportunity with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $160,000



Seeking a Software Sales Representative, to play a crucial role in expanding our client's reach within the nursing home industry. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and presenting software solutions to potential customers. You will also be responsible for closing deals, negotiating contracts, and exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and develop new leads within the assigned territory
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at nursing homes
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of nursing homes
  • Effectively present and demonstrate the value proposition of our software solutions
  • Overcome objections and close deals
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare or senior living industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the nursing home industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
