Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spanish-speaking personal injury attorney to handle a diverse caseload of personal injury claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to advocating for clients' rights.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, medical malpractice, and workplace injuries.
• Conduct thorough case evaluations and provide legal advice to clients in Spanish and English.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct depositions, prepare for trials, and represent clients in court.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, expert witnesses, and investigators to build strong cases.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
• Stay informed about changes in personal injury law and relevant legal precedents.
• Provide exceptional client service, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and litigation skills.
• Ability to manage a high caseload and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
