Level 2 IT Technician

$100,000 DOE


Core Responsibilities:

  • Great phone skills
  • Ability to resolve and execute requests in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.  
  • Ability to take ownership of technologies


Desktop Support Services

  • Solve escalated request in aspects of the IT field 
  • Follows Standards and procedures
  • Ability to document requests, projects and new setups.  
  • Performs complex problem solving and assistance on diverse software applications. 
  • Continuously communicating and updating customers with progress of requests


 

Responsibilities

  • Inherit and take fully accountability of backend infrastructure
  • Maintain, upgrade and enhance accountable software
  • Train and mentor other technicians and teammates in the IT department
  • Extensive knowledge in:
  • Microsoft OS
  • Active Directory
  • Deployments
  • Networking
  • Office 365


Projects

  • Execute IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. .
  • Effectively manage project milestones and adapt to project requirements as necessary.
  • Suggest and research potential projects to be initiated
  •  

Work Ethic

  • Work well with external vendors to enhance or resolve anything that arises
  • Work well with other departments in the organization
  • Able to work hand in hand with other team members of the same or different tiers.  
  • Be a fast learner in a continuously innovative environment.  


Qualifications:

  • 3 years in the IT field and min 1 year experience as a level helpdesk technician
  • Ability to travel based on demand
