Responsibilities:


  • Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to drive informed decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
  • Cash Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Investor Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for investors, providing transparent and insightful financial information.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Tax Planning: Develop tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position while ensuring compliance with tax laws.
  • Treasury Management: Oversee treasury functions, including capital allocation, debt management, and investment strategies.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, and strategic financial management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation in financial processes and systems.
