Regional HR Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train HR staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for HR staff.
  • Manage discipline and terminations for HR staff.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand recruitment and retention needs.
  • Ensure onboarding processes meet compliance standards.
  • Oversee performance reviews and manage employee status changes and promotions.
  • Assist with disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and forms.
  • Handle escalated employment-related inquiries.
  • Provide support on sensitive HR issues.
  • Monitor and respond to HR Helpdesk emails.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in employee files.
  • Monitor compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Stay informed on HR trends and regulatory changes.
