Lighting Sales Representative

Travel - NY & NJ

$60,000 - $65,000 + 1-3% Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities:

• Travel extensively in assigned territory to meet with potential clients
• Conduct consultative sales presentations, product demonstrations to assess customer needs
• Establish valuable relationships with key decision makers in the construction industry
• Persuasively convey benefits of our high-quality building materials
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts for construction projects
• Continually prospect new client leads through networking and cold calling

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of outside business-to-business sales experience
• Ability to understand client needs in the construction industry
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas preferably in the construction industry
• Experience using Pipedrive or other CRM platforms preferred
