Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive support across all aspects of the HR function. You will partner with the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, contributing to the company's growth and success.
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Process payroll, benefits, and other employee-related paperwork.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including handling inquiries, resolving minor conflicts, and maintaining positive employee morale.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with HR software (a plus).
