Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Director to lead our clinical team in providing high-quality ABA services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for treatment planning, training and supervising BCBAs, conducting assessments, performing audits, and collaborating with our intake department to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee implementation of treatment plans for clients

- Train and supervise BCBAs to ensure high-quality service delivery

- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to inform treatment planning

- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Collaborate with intake department to ensure smooth transition of clients into services

- Provide clinical guidance and support to team members as needed

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in ABA services

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
