Oversee daily operations of the property and casualty insurance department, managing staff and ensuring excellent client service while meeting agency goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor P&C insurance agents
• Manage workflow and productivity
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Handle complex client issues and underwriting decisions
• Liaison between agents, clients, and insurance carriers
• Analyze market trends and adjust agency offerings
• Meet sales targets and growth objectives

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in P&C insurance sales/management
• Valid NY insurance license
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in insurance software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree preferred
