Territory Manager Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation Solutions (Raleigh, NC)

Snelling ProSearch is hiring for an industry leading automation company who needs an experienced Sales Engineer in Raleigh.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in your assigned territory (Raleigh, NC).
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert those leads into sales.
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that increase their productivity and profitability.
  • Educate customers on the company's products and services, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Manage existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system.

Who You Are

  • A self-motivated and ambitious individual with a technical automation niche background, robotics preferred
  • Experienced in B2B sales, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Possesses strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial automation products and solutions is required.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
