$65,000-$700,000 Annual Salary, Dependent on Experience

A national distribution company is looking for a Field Sales Specialist to join their growing team! The Field Sales Specialist will manage client accounts and build client relationships while obtaining new clients and growing the business.

The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for:

·       Attaining the knowledge and understanding of the company’s product offering and being able to effectively convey in a professional and consultative manner to customers.

·       Achieving sales and margin goals

·       Planning daily activity

·       Developing and maintaining a New Business Pipeline of existing and prospective customers.

·       Participating in vendor and sales training

·       Maintaining and updating CRM.

·       Conducting regular customer reviews

·       Working with the Director of Sales, Business Development Managers, Manufacturer Reps, and Specialists to promote growth in the territory

The Field Sales Specialist will excel with:

·       Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·       Strong cold calling skills and networking skills

·       Valid state driver’s license

·       Proven sales success and results

·       Consultative sales style

·       "Hunter" sales mentality

·       Goal-driven and self-motivated

·       Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet/Intranet)

·       Self-disciplined to work independently

·       Excellent time-management and organizational skills

·       Reliable, insured transportation in most markets

The Field Sales Specialist will be rewarded with:
