A local hospital is looking for an LPN to join their surgical department team! The LPN is vital in upholding the highest quality care for all its patients.

The LPN will be responsible for:

• Assessing, diagnosing, outcome identification, planning, and implementing the plan of care is family-centered, age-appropriate and culturally relevant, and individualized to the patient's needs.
• Identifying specific care problems that affect program and development
• Collaborating with members of the multi-disciplinary team in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating health care delivery
• Recording observation, nursing interventions, therapeutic measures multi-systems monitoring data, and other data relevant to the patient’s care in a retrievable form
• Initiating treatments, medications, emergency and resuscitative measures based on appropriate utilization of hospital and nationally accepted protocols

The LPN will be rewarded with:

The LPN will excel with:

• Current LPN licensure in the State of Tennessee required
• Previous experience is preferred by not required.
• Must be able to work as a team member as well as independently while maintaining patient confidentiality
• Must have an excellent bedside manner
• Patient care oriented
