We need Engineers and Technicians who will install, repair, and service automated machinery at customer sites. The Logistics & Automation division needs Engineers who are responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and Resolving Technical Issues: Conduct troubleshooting and repair tasks for basic electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems at customer plants.
  • Providing perational Support: Offer guidance and support to customers in addressing operation and programming challenges effectively.
  • Maintenance and Assistance: Perform routine maintenance tasks and provide essential assistance to customers as required.
  • Tool and Parts Selection: Provide recommendations and aid in the selection and procurement of tools and replacement parts necessary for repairs.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely installation, service, and expense reports electronically.
  • Technology Proficiency: Stay updated with technological advancements to ensure the proper training of customer personnel.
  • Collaborative Support: Collaborate with Sales, Engineers, and Project Managers when necessary to meet project requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain exceptional customer relationships with all clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing partnerships.

 

The Ideal candidate will have and will excel with:

  • Associates degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering; Bachelors huge plus for career advancement potential!
  • Minimum 2 years of experience hands on with mechatronic technology
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Electromechanical aptitude and skills
  • Working experience hands on with electro-mechanical
  • Familiarity with stacker cranes, conveyors and/or AGVS is a plus
  • Troubleshooting PLCs and robots
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Programs
  • Ability to read and understand equipment drawings and schematics
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to bend, crawl, sit, stand, crouch and lift for extended periods of time.

 

The Automation Field Team will be rewarded with:
