As a Professional Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and identifying qualified candidates to screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.


As a Full-desk Recruiter on our team, you will gain with:

·       Utilizing AI and automation tools on the internet and social media channels to source information on candidates and clients and quickly contact the best professionals for our clients

·       Managing company accounts with account executive mentality

·       Attending virtual and live industry expos to help source candidates

·       Actively poaching employed professionals, this is not a sit and wait for applications type of recruiting

·       Utilizing state-of-the-art ATS/CRM software

·       Exemplifying professional sales and marketing skills

·       Working with experienced recruiting managers to keep communication flowing on project statuses

·       Reviewing performance and goals regularly to improve personal career development


The Ideal Recruiter will have:

·       Professional and motivated personality

·       Years of proven recruiting experience and past sales experience

·       Desire to earn 6 figures through proven recruiting efforts

·       Experience direct recruiting across multiple sourcing platforms and industries

·       Strong social media, Boolean, and typing skills

·       Excellent/above average writing and technical abilities

·       Proven technical aptitude for cloud-based programs

·       Excellent organizational skills

·       Go-getter attitude to work with little supervision

·       Self-starter work ethic

·       High speed internet and reliable phone

·       High volume sourcing skills
