The individual in this role primarily supports attorneys with civil litigation with a focus on personal injury. This is a fast-paced and high-volume law firm focused on customer service and requires great attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.

The litigation Paralegal will have:

Paralegal Studies degree or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge of operations, practices, and procedures of civil litigation.

Requires critical thinking skills, superior communication skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Requires the ability to track and meet deadlines consistently.

Dependable, flexible, energetic, and hardworking.

Willingness to learn.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and knowledge and application of legal research tools
