About the Role:

As VP/GM, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company. You will set ambitious goals, build a strong company culture, and guide a talented team to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic vision for the company
• Foster a positive and productive work environment
• Lead all aspects of sales, marketing, and operations
• Manage budgets and financial performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key suppliers
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Engineering or Business a must
• P&L required
• Ideal candidate will have worked hands-on in automation engineering and sales
• Experience directly with motion control technology required
• Extensive experience in the industrial automation industry (10+ years)
• Proven track record of leading and developing successful sales teams
• Strong understanding of automation distribution and its value proposition
• Experience managing all aspects of a business (sales, marketing, operations)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
