Base $85,000+ DOE with Bonus
A leading Printing and Sealing company with a rich history of over 50 years of success and a reputation for excellence and innovation, serving a diverse range of clients, including national and government accounts. As they continue to grow and expand our presence across the Southeastern United States, We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a knack for building and maintaining client relationships, and a passion for leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
Base $75,000+ Bonus DOE
Knoxville, TN/New Tazwell Some travel is required to areas such as Atlanta, Charlotte, Montgomery, and VA areas.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
· Building, motivating, and managing a successful sales team across the Southeast, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.
· Fostering and strengthening relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
· Developing and maintaining relationships with national and government accounts, understanding their unique requirements, and working collaboratively to meet their printing and sealing needs.
· Developing and executing a strategic sales plan for the region, including setting sales goals, identifying target markets, and implementing effective sales strategies.
· Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.

The Sales Manager will excel with:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
· Ability to travel within the Southeastern United States as needed.
· Continued product education and continued knowledge of products in the industry
· Driven hunter mentality
