Advance your career with an industry-leading robotics manufacturer! A world-leading OEM of automated Material Handling and Fabrication Machinery and turnkey automation solutions with over 90 years in business is looking to hire a Site Manager to be the key leader of all project management and contracting team activities for custom turnkey systems implementation. This leadership role is responsible for applying practices and professional principles to lead project teams, implementing effective strategies, vendor management, and controlling project schedules and costs to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.

 

Base salary of $80,000-85,000 annually + Bonus + Profit Share

 

The Site Manager will excel with:

  • Creating and executing project work plans which include: scheduling, budgeting, commissioning, subcontractor, and resource planning
  • Systems design and execution of custom turnkey OEM solutions on a large scale
  • Defining project scopes of work across various departments in conjunction with senior management
  • Overseeing project workflow to ensure timely delivery while meeting budgetary, safety, and quality expectations
  • Verifying appropriate engineered systems to ensure proper implementation of features
  • Assisting and supporting throughout the quoting to PO process and controlling building costs
  • Closely following systems implementation on a day-to-day basis, addressing and resolving issues to ensure a fully functioning system and a happy customer
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, senior management, engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and contractors on project statuses


The Site Manager will have:

  • 2 year electromechanical engineering degree or military certification equivalent
  • 3-4 years of industrial automation or clean room experience; or equivalent education and experience
  • 2 years of experience overseeing contractors and coordinating employee activities in a Project Management type role
  • Proven leadership aptitude
  • Successful history of reading electrical schematics and blueprints and diagnose/troubleshoot automated machinery
  • Ability to apply a wide range of electrical diagnostic instrumentation
  • Experience in an engineering-to-order business environment
  • Ability to travel both domestically & internationally


The Site Manager will be rewarded with:
