A local construction supply company is looking for an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! The Inside Sales Customer Service Representative is vital in keeping the day-to-day operations of the office running smoothly and efficiently.
The Inside Sales Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
· Answering multiple phone lines, directing calls to appropriate departments
· Answering customer questions
· Following up with clients and customers to ensure satisfaction
· General office duties including Filing, faxing, copying, answering multiple phone lines, responding to emails, stock inventory, etc.
· Other duties as assigned by the company
The Inside Sales Customer Service Representative will excel with the:
· High School Diploma or GED. Some colleges preferred but not required.
· Experience in the administrative and/or construction field preferred
· Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks in an organized and timely manner.
· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and analytical skills required
· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
· Attitude to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.
· Good mind for logistics and problem-solving
· Willingness to learn
The Inside Sales Customer Service Representative will be rewarded with:
