OTE=$140,000+! Bonus and Profit Share!


A world leading OEM is hiring for a Regional Sales Manager to cover the West Coast territory! Join a world leading OEM of custom automation and metal fabrication machinery solutions in a well established territory where you are responsible for sales and business development activities. This key role will work with distributors and dealers as main customers to identify and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals for CNC fab machine tools in the assigned region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage the sales territory through distribution and dealer channels
  • Track sales performance for fabrication machinery
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors
  • Attend trade shows and industry events
  • Have a detailed understanding of machinery
  • Be able to explain the benefits of fabrication cutting machinery and other machine tool solutions to customers
  • Be able to close sales deals for CNC machinery


The Regional Sales Manager will excel with:


Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; minimum of three to five years of experience selling a variety of numerically controlled machine tools or related metal cutting machines; experience selling a variety of simple to complex automation a plus. Demonstrated management experience or potential; strong analytical ability in marketing, and management areas; general business and technical aptitude, potential, or background; or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience managing and working with distribution network is a plus. Salesforce experience is a plus.


  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales of CNC machinery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Travel required (up to 50%)


The Regional Sales Manager will be rewarded with:
