Inside Sales Professional

A long tenured and top distributor of electronics components in Knoxville is looking for an Inside Sales Professional to join their growing team! The Inside Sales Professional will support the sales team and oversee sales processes and nurture client relationships.

$36,900 Base Annual Salary, Dependent on Experience

Knoxville, TN       

The Inside Sales Professional will be responsible for:

·       Closing and growing sales with existing and potential clients

·       Assisting the outside sales representative

·       Obtaining parts and ensuring items are shipped on time.

·       Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements—speaking with customers to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.

·       Providing management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

·       Collaborating with other departments to examine and fix potential problems

·       Helping others in the company when needed

Anything else requested by the management

May require standing for long periods of time

The Inside Sales Professional will excel with:

 ·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook expected.

·       2-3 years of sales experience

·       Electronic sales experience is a plus

·       Knowledge of electronics and components

·       Industry experience is a plus.

·       Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with customers and vendors.

·      Excellent in teamwork, time management, communication, information gathering, and presentation skills

·      Excellent attitude in showing respect to others, cooperating with the team, and focusing on customer needs
