Our client, a next-generation retail media platform, is seeking a talented SEM and Growth Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a start-up with a proven management team. The ideal candidate will be based in London, UK.


Client and Campaign Management

●    Manage client expectations by setting clear targets and forecasts and strategizing to achieve them.

●    Conduct in-depth analysis to understand performance beyond top-line metrics, secure additional budget, and propose new tests.

●    Ensure consistent quality across accounts, contribute to strategy development, and create comprehensive media plans.

●    Implement best practices and actively contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

●    Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and key performance indicators

(KPIs).


Media Skills

●    Proven experience in managing SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, with a strong focus on driving conversions and maximizing ROI.

●    Expertise in growth marketing strategies, encompassing paid search, display advertising, and programmatic media.

●    Develop proficiency across all facets of paid media, including third-party platforms and ad technologies.

●    Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the digital marketing landscape and how various channels interrelate.

Skills and Experience

●    Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of managing SEM campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads; familiarity with tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs is advantageous.

●    Essential experience working with B2C clients.

●    Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data, draw actionable conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.

●    Detail-oriented with an understanding of optimizing campaigns across search and display networks.

●    Ability to manage project deadlines and adapt to evolving platform functionalities.

●    Self-starter with initiative and a drive to succeed; adept at managing your workload and identifying areas for improvement.

●    Passionate about digital marketing with a deep understanding of SEM, growth marketing trends, and industry developments.

●    Excellent communication skills with the ability to think strategically, be creative, and simplify complex issues for clients.


This is a fully remote opportunity. The base salary range is 55-70K GBP plus bonus & equity.
