Our client helps enterprise publishers maximize revenue while freeing themselves of the hassles of ad operations. They’re looking for a Director of Publisher Development to join their dynamic team.

Job Description & Responsibilities 

As a Director of Publisher Development, you’ll leverage your industry contacts to establish new relationships with publishers. You will act as our client’s evangelist, creating new opportunities for their product offerings to maximize revenue for their clients. This position reports to the EVP, Supply. Additionally, you will:

• Grow their publisher family by prospecting and closing new accounts.
• Identify areas of opportunity and improvement in an effort to establish a publisher's relationship with the company’s offerings.
• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge; make recommendations as needed.
• Cultivate strong relationships through face-to-face, email, and phone communication.
• Communicate goals and results to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A consistent track record in Publisher Development. 
• 7+ years’ experience & strong understanding of the AdTech industry.
• An extensive contact list of publishers.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A customer-focused attitude with relationship management skills.
• The mindset of a Hunter; you drive change and you’re self-motivated.
• Creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to develop and guide team members to deliver actionable results.
• Excellent verbal, written, and formal presentation skills.
• Comfort interacting across multiple teams and management levels within the organization.
• Previous background in the media landscape (linear, digital, or social) is a plus.
