Role Summary:

Our client has 33 Regional Offices and several Branch Offices located across the continental United States, (in addition to our New York City Headquarters and our Boca Raton, Florida location). As Regional Vice President you will oversee the day-to-day operations and sales activity for the San Diego, CA office.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales campaigns to meet regional marketing objectives
  • Train and develop regional office staff in products, market development, sales, and contact manager system (CMS)
  • Provide staff performance evaluations and development plans
  • Oversee operations, personnel, compliance related issues and budget for the region

Required Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of outside business-to-business sales experience with proven proficiency in selling, presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management
  • Highly motivated and very organized
  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Strong relationship building
  • Active FINRA Series 6, 26, 63, SIE and State Life and Health Insurance License (in all states covered) or must obtain within the first 180 days of employment
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive, and persistent style
  • Knowledge of products underwritten by the company (401k and 403b retirement plans)
