Audit Manager

About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking Audit Managers and a Senior Audit Manager for a growing accounting and advisory firm in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will manage a team of auditors and supporting staff and be responsible for handling a portfolio of client engagements – from planning to deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements from start to finish
• Review and monitor work of accounting staff to ensure the timeline of expected deliverables
• Business development and marketing
• Employee development – recruiting, coaching and supervising internal staff

Required Education, Licenses and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Certified Public Accountant required
• 5-10 years of experience working in a public accounting firm
• 2+years of auditing experience
• Knowledge of GAAP and GAAS accounting principles
• Ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues
• Required industry experience: non-profit, public sector (state and local government), health insurance and single audits

What We Offer                                                                                                                

• Competitive salary: $120,000 - $140,000 (Audit Manager), $150,000-170,000 (Senior Audit Manager)
