Tax Senior

About the Opportunity

Our client, a growing national accounting and advisory firm, is currently seeking a Senior Tax Associate for their Los Angeles, California

office. In this on-site role, you will work under the direction of our Tax Managers to prepare federal and multi-state tax returns for

clients in a variety of industries.

Responsibilities

·       Prepare federal and multi-state tax returns for C-corps, S-corps, partnerships, High Net Worth individuals, and trusts and estates.

·       Handle complex accounting and tax issues, including tax research

·       Supervise and assist junior staff members from inception to completion of client tax returns

·       Identify tax planning and consulting opportunities, including developing and maintaining client relationships

Required Education and Experience

·       Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting (or related field)

·       3+ years of experience in public accounting

·       Technical Accounting proficiency

·       Current and valid CPA license (or eligible/on track to receive CPA)

What We Offer

·       Competitive Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 plus bonus

·       Work Environment: On Site Monday – Friday (100% in office – no hybrid or remote)
