• Base Salary: $125,000 - $145,000

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent employed by a GC
• Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Corporate Office, and/or Commercial Construction experience
• OSHA 10 / 30 Certifications
• Strong knowledge of Procore & Various other software's such as Microsoft Project
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of the building process and industry as a whole
• Extensive experience with subcontractor management
• Ability to meet deadlines and proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Description:

• Oversees daily operations at a construction site.
• Leads daily morning meetings with the entire crew.
• Follows construction drawings and approved plans.
• Uses popular construction management software.
• Orders necessary equipment, tools, and materials.
• Helps to set and stick to the budget and schedule.
• Writes daily logs and other necessary documentation.
• Makes sure all local, state, and national business codes and regulations are followed.
• Ensures that the team adheres to all company policies and safety protocols.
• Works directly with the project manager, architect, engineer, and other specialists.
