Audit Manager

Our client, a growing West Coast accounting and advisory firm, is currently seeking Audit Managers for their Irvine and San Diego, California offices. In this client-facing role, you will work under the guidance of our Audit Partners to lead and manage assigned audit engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage audits for a diverse portfolio of clients and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with partners and team members to develop audit strategies, timelines, and budgets.
• Review and supervise team members to ensure the quality and accuracy of audit reports.
• Business development - identify potential new clients and build relationships with existing clients

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related area
• 5-8+ years of audit experience at a CPA firm (or similar environment in public accounting) with a minimum of 5 years specialized in auditing
• Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license (or in the process of obtaining)



What We Offer:

• Competitive Compensation: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year plus bonus
