Associate Attorney – Employment Litigation

Our client, a national law firm with 35 offices and more than 500 attorneys, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney – Employment Litigation in Orlando, Florida. The ideal candidate should have an interest in growing a practice under the direction of senior counsel.

Requirements:

·      4-7 years of employment litigation experience

·      Experience handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. 

·      Experience counseling clients on employment laws, drafting and revising handbooks, and training materials.

·      Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida

Base Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 + Bonus
