•Have a strong background in Business Law

•Have experience in entity formation such as LLCs, C-Corps, and S-Corps

•Have experience as a transactional Attorney and also in corporate management, promissory notes, and contracts

•Understand and know how to utilize advanced estate planning strategies

•Maintain active membership in the Oregon State Bar

•Knowledge of Estate Planning, Probate, Business, and Trust Administration

•Experience working with the bereaved

•Be flexible and able to prioritize tasks effectively

•Be an empathic listener and creative problem solver

•Exhibit excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

•Be able to interact with clients, colleagues, and co-workers in a compassionate, personable and professional manner

Responsibilities

•This associate will be responsible for all aspects of clients’ cases including:

•Conduct initial consultations and design comprehensive strategies for affluent clients

•Collaborate with a team of professional advisors to ensure the creation of a holistic plan that addresses the client’s personal, professional, and financial goals

•Supervise paralegals and legal assistants to provide high-quality legal work and outstanding customer services

•Achieves all assigned KPIs and production requirements

•Monitor and manage case flow and move cases forward through the pipeline in accordance with defined milestones

•Conduct educational workshops for potential new clients and advisors

•Demonstrate solid computer and time management skills

•Show a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity in the handling of personal client information, including following the Rules of Professional Conduct
